Hopefully everyone is happily sugaring for the holidays :)  I'm doing that dreaded POT search.  I got it good my first go around, but now I see what everyone complains about.  Dud after dud.  Flake after flake.  Or sometimes no bites at all.  Patience and persistence!  I think that's going to be the key for me at this point.

Sugar Baby Tip #31

Try finding an out of state Sugar Daddy.  Preferably one who travels to your area regularly.  I think someone who lives far away can be advantageous because they can't meet with you all the time and there for are limited to a couple meetings or maybe only one a month.  I'm all about maximizing my sugar for my time.  So if you're giving me $1500 a month, I'd rather see you one weekend versus twice a week.  Also I think an out of state Daddy can offer me some much needed funded travel time, so I try to find POTs in areas that I actually want to visit.  Just when you travel to see a POT, make sure your expenses are covered up front, and take safety precautions.

I think I'm going to take my Michael Kors shoes back and just pocket the cash.  They're cute, but I can buy 5 pairs of cuter shoes with that money.  The sugar bowl might be dry for a while, so I better save up.  I told my new roommate about my sugarpades and she told three of her friends who each told all of their friends, and now sugar dating is the most trending topic at their college.  I'm not even exaggerating.  Many of the girls that go to that school are immigrants and a few hundred dollars to a starving college student is a big deal to them.  One girl started sleeping with almost a different POT each day for a couple hundred dollars.  She even invites them over to her house.  I'm sorry, but she's not a sugar baby, she's a cheap hooker.  You have to value yourself more than that, and this girl is GORGEOUS with a banging ass body.  Men would pay thousands of dollars for just a chance to hook up with her.  So I fear that if this is the trend, all the local daddies will just be looking for cheap sex.  Sometimes I should just keep the glories of the sugar world to myself ::sigh::.  That's ok, I want someone further away anyway.  They'll take up less of my time, and be less likely to interfere with my personal life.  So happy hunting!

So I am now back from my 3 week hiatus.  I have been quite busy in the sugar world, but I had to make necessary adjustments so that I can get into the swing of things with grad school.  So I do apologize for the extended silence, but am pleased with everyone who responded with emails so they can continue to follow me now that the blog is private.

Sugar Baby Tip #30

Pick and choose your battles.  If you're not sleeping with a POT or SD who is spoiling you…but he does things that annoy you such as call too often or talk about his problems too much…you have to really ask yourself is it worth complaining about?  If he's spoiling you and treating you well, then some things are worth putting up with if you're not benefiting him much else.  Same thing goes with the ones who spoil the heck out of you and you give up the goods.  Is it really worth whining about that it lasts 3 minutes?  Just swipe his credit card and smile.  Leave the drama at home.  Don't ruin a good thing over little stuff.

Sugary Updates:

So I messaged a POT on Ashley Mads.  There was nothing that really red flagged his profile so I didn't think anything of it.  Funny thing is my SB bestie and I joked about her dad being on one of those sites since he's a public figure.  I never once imagined that my father would be!  One day while my mom wasn't around my dad walked up to me and called me by my SB name.  My head completely jerked around because why would he even think to say that name…

SIKE!  Wheeew! Yeah that would totally suck if that did happen…can you say awkward?!  I wanna talk to a SB that really has been in that situation lol.  I thought about how my pictures are plastered all over these sites and how easy it would be for a relative to recognize me if they were on there doing their dirt.

Virgin Islands:

The SD of one of my SB friends totally paid for her and I to go on a lil vacay to the Virgin Islands for a week.  Let me tell you, it was amazing!  The water is soooo beautiful and we were lucky to have gorgeous weather the entire time.  We spent three days in St. Thomas and four days in St. Croix.  I went snorkeling, jet skiing, and took a boat tour of the islands.

Banking Sugar:

I haven't been doing half bad.  I've been at my job (which I got hired by one of my POTs) for a month now and made $3k which is a huge upgrade from the chump change $1k/mo I was making before.  Mr. Artist has also made good on his promise and deposited $3k into my account for September's allowance as well.  I have also received some sugar on the side from some POTs that I've been rotating.  Mr. Shades gave me $500 since we agreed on that amount each week.  He's been really busy, so I've only been able to see him once this month so far.  Mr. Eventful gave me $300 before I left for my vacation.  Mr. Flavor is also back in the picture and has given me $200.  The brings my sugar to a grand total of $7000 for this month, most of which is just saved.  Sugar isn't reliable as some might think, so I want to be as frugal as possible and keep my rainy day fund stacked.  I'll go more into details on those dates and what not that you all missed in my entries this week.  There's so much to tell!

Hello Dolls!

I am bubbling over with joy!  Guess where I'm flying next week?  I'm taking a vacay to the Virgin Islands.  My homegirl just came home from living overseas with her SD and he's treating us to some girl-time in the VI! :)  The sugar world is oooh soo sweet.

Sugar Baby Tip #029

Step outside of your comfort zone...experience a slice of the good life!  This is mainly for the newbies.  Is Olive Garden your favorite restaurant?  Ok I need you to get on google and find some 5 star restaurants with celebrity status dining experiences and suggest your SD or POT take you there.  Never had a spa day?  Ask your SD to send you to get your hair and nails done along with a facial, a massage, and some time in the sauna.  Have fun with this, get creative, get imaginative!  This is your time to shine!

Sugary Updates

I've got 3 POTs who have strong potential for crossing over into Sugar Daddy land.  Hopefully at least 2 of them are man enough to take on the challenger ::grins::.  If they don't work out, oh well, on to the next one.  I'm not investing a great deal of energy into POTs anymore.  A man knows within 30 seconds of meeting me if I'm desireable enough to be kept.  So all this going on multiple dates without an arrangement...not gonna happen.  Show me the money!  I'm excited because I like all three of them fairly well enough to tolerate their company.  I really like my SD and I think our relationship is unique to what people think of SB/SD relationships, so I am greatly pleased with it.  I just need some extra cash for security and mainly savings so I can buy a house in a year or so once I'm done with grad school.

Now I gotta do a little shopping for my VI trip.  Hmmm perhaps I should call a gift daddy.  If you don't have one, get one!  I need island inspired dresses....a wide brimmed floppy straw hat...some new precious stoned sandals...and new bikini wouldn't hurt either.  I'm definitely going to schedule my spa trip I talked about in my last post before I fly out.  I wish the trip was a cruise, but my friend gets terribly seasick.  I won't complain about a resort too much ;-*  If you could take a trip anywhere right now, all expenses paid...where would you go?

Don't treat your SD like an ATM.  If a man treats you well, you should treat him just as well.  The whole sugar baby lifestyle gets a bad rep because there are women who come across sweet and generous SDs…and they treat them like emotionless machines.  I'm not saying you should be falling in love with your SD, but you should humanely express your appreciation.  He'll stick around much longer and be more loyal to you that way :)

One of the things I always preach is that sugars should keep themselves maintained!  Pay attention to the details when it comes to taking care of your appearance and health…its not just for him, its mostly for YOU!  I did my nails this week  I try not to spend a whole bunch of money on things that I can do myself.  Check out my neon pink zebra design on natural nails!

I also bought a new wig so my hair can always look freshly done on a moment's notice.  I always go with the natural curly looks and I think it trumps up on my Creole side too.  It's Sensationnel Instant Weave HZ 7061.  This is what it looks like below.  It reminds me of a Spanish curl :)

I'm going to look drop dead gorgeous when Captain comes into town this weekend.  Hair will be perfect, nails will be perfect, and I'm going have some kind of sexy sassy yet classy dress.  I'm itching to go shopping so I think I'm going to take Amelia's advice and drag him down to dinner in a high priced shopping area.  I love his company, but he really needs to make this relationship more mutually beneficial.  I'll accept him as a gift daddy, but I expect some really nice ass gifts!

Topic:  Traveling with SDs and POTs.

I hear about SBs traveling with SDs all the time.  I had a POT invite me to go to Vegas next weekend.  I've only met him once and barely know him.  Should I just pack up my bag and jump on a plane with him?  What about hotel arrangements?  I have no intention of fucking him.  If you were in that situation would you request your own hotel room?  Would you request an allowance, or at least one for the trip?  What are some of your traveling experience and what tips or advice do you have?
